I was really annoyed by a couple of things . First, the towel service was abysmal (this made hygiene difficult). Towels were only changed ONCE during my entire four-night stay, which I found unacceptable. Second, the noise at night was awful. I could hear EVERYTHING from neighboring rooms and the hallway (I just wanted some sleep!). Drunk people were kicking doors at all hours, and the staff DIDN'T seem to care when I reported it. it's UNACCEPTABLE.

I appreciated the proximity to Portaventura park. It was only about a 5-minute drive. The location was also convenient to the beach and shops (i liked the variety of restaurants). The staff was friendly and helpful, addressing any concerns I had. Free parking in front of the hotel was very useful.

The lukewarm and sometimes cold food in the half-board buffet was disappointing. I mentioned it to the restaurant manager, but the issue persisted throughout my stay (i had hoped for better). This affected the overall value for money.
